What This Service Is

GrindQuestionsAI is an AI-graded flashcard review tool for technical interview preparation. You submit answers to flashcard questions; they are graded by a third-party AI model (OpenAI or Google Gemini) and scored to help you identify knowledge gaps.

Acceptable Use

• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others or share credentials.
• No automated scripts, bots, or programmatic access to the grading API without explicit written permission.
• The grading API enforces a limit of 50 grades per day per account.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in any way.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse rate limits, or engage in any form of misuse, with or without notice.

No Warranty

The service is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated grades, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
